While we’re fully up and running in the clinic, our website home is still under construction as we put the finishing touches on an online space that reflects how we practice—thoughtfully, intentionally, and without rushing. Dr. Moore

I’ve spent many years building relationships with families and their pets in this community, and I’m truly grateful for every one of them. Those experiences have shaped how I practice medicine and what I believe veterinary care should feel like — personal, thoughtful, and rooted in trust.

My path in veterinary medicine began early, working in a clinic as a teenager and learning every part of the profession along the way. That experience gave me a deep appreciation not only for the medicine itself, but for the people and relationships that make great care possible.

Advocate Animal Health represents the next chapter of that journey. While the setting may be new, the heart behind the work remains the same — familiar faces, a compassionate approach, and a continued commitment to caring for your pets as if they were our own.

I believe that good veterinary care is about more than diagnosis and treatment. It’s about listening, understanding your goals as a pet owner, and working together to make the best decisions for your pet. That includes being mindful of both the emotional and financial realities that can come with

veterinary care, and helping you navigate those choices with clarity and support.

My goal has always been to build lasting relationships with the families I serve — to be someone you trust, not just in difficult moments, but throughout every stage of your pet’s life.

Dr. Hollifield

Hello — I’m Dr. Kim Hollifield, and I’m honored to welcome you to Advocate Animal Health. Joining this practice has been a deeply meaningful step for me. Veterinary medicine has always been more than a profession — it’s a calling.

I love the name Advocate because it reflects exactly why I do this work: to advocate for pets who cannot speak for themselves, and to stand alongside the people who love them.

My promise is simple. I will care for your pets as if they were my own — with honesty, compassion, and thoughtful medicine. Every recommendation I make is rooted in what I believe is truly best for your pet, and every conversation is meant to support you as an owner. I know how overwhelming medical decisions can feel, and my goal is to provide clear guidance, realistic options, and a partnership built on trust.

I believe great veterinary care happens when medicine and relationships come together. That means taking time to listen, explaining things clearly, and walking with you through every stage of your pet’s life — from puppy and kitten visits to senior care and everything in between.
